Athol Public Library Schedules Five Youth and Teen Events Through Mid-July
DATELINE — ATHOL
The Athol Public Library heads into the final days of June with a run of youth and teen events, giving families several free drop-in and registration-required options before the July 4th holiday weekend.
COMMUNITY & ARTS
The library at 568 Main Street has a handful of programs on the near-term calendar worth marking down. On Tuesday, June 30, two events share the afternoon slot: **Stickerpalooza** runs from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. and is open to younger visitors, while the **Teen Book Swap** also kicks off at 3:30 p.m. and runs through 4:30 p.m. — a chance for teens to trade reads before summer really hits its stride.
On Thursday, July 2, the library hosts **Retro Board Games** from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m., a low-key way to spend the afternoon before the long holiday weekend.
Looking slightly further out, **America is Wild!** — a program timed to the patriotic season — is scheduled for July 8 at 5:30 p.m. Also beginning in mid-July, the library is launching an **Anime 5E Teen RPG** series on select dates starting July 9; registration is required for that one. Families interested should contact the library at (978) 249-9515 or visit athollibrary.org.
