AUBURN -- The week of June 15–21, 2026 offered little in the way of games or standings, but the Auburn Recreation District has a community event landing squarely in the period: Party in the Park is scheduled for June 19. The ARD calendar also lists upcoming summer programming, including a Pirate Day at the Pool on July 1, Movies in the Park at Recreation Park on July 10, and Free Swim Nights at Sierra Pool on July 10. The district offers ongoing classes in aquatics, swimming lessons, youth development basketball, and adult sports; registration is available through the ARD website.

A DPW overtime transfer originally on the agenda was withdrawn after members noted those costs could similarly be covered through the revolving account for consistency.
