Clinton School Committee Reorganizes, Prepares for Cell Phone Policy Vote

CLINTON — June 16, 2026 — Clinton School Committee reorganized Monday and received a sweeping end-of-year update on state mandates, a building project change order, and an accelerated road closure affecting summer school access. The committee unanimously elected a new chair identified only as Matt and welcomed back Ed DeVault, who rejoined the board by write-in vote. Superintendent Steve Meyer reported the district cleared its state English-learner education monitoring review on June 13 and is fully staffed on teaching positions.
