He is survived by his wife, Diane Samuli Walters (Dee); his grandchildren Logan, Owen, Madeline, Austin and Troy; his sister Mary-Lou Thompson (Walters); his brother-in-law C. Stanley Thompson of Gardner; his niece Kathryn Suprenant; and his nephew Robert Thompson. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1 Hager Park Rd, Westminster. Carolyn Ann Caswell, 84, of Westminster, died June 12, 2026. She is survived by her daughters, Charlene Ann Caswell (Nathaniel Woods) of Lexington and Cynthia Ruth Caswell Dontje (Terry) of Cranston, RI; her granddaughters Rebecca, Stella Dontje, Charlotte and Allie Woods; her sister Elaine Crump; and her brother-in-law Stephen Crump. Visitation was held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Stone Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central St, Winchendon. A funeral service was held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. Burial was held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at Woodside Cemetery, 9 Narrows Rd, Westminster. Memorial donations may be made to the Sterling Animal Shelter, 17 Laurelwood Road, Sterling, MA 01564, per the family's wishes.
