Southborough Posts Newsletter, Pine Hill Road Construction Set for Monday

The town wrapped a quiet Friday with a fresh edition of its community newsletter, an upcoming road construction notice, and an open call for Conservation Commission volunteers — with a busy week of public meetings just ahead.

TOWN HALL

The town released Volume 43 of *Word on Common Street*, its periodic community update newsletter, on Thursday morning. The full edition is available on the town's News Flash page at southboroughma.gov.

Also posted: residents on Pine Hill Road should expect construction activity beginning June 29. No further details on scope or duration were included in the notice, but the town flagged it as an upcoming disruption for drivers and abutters in that corridor.

Separately, the Conservation Commission is actively recruiting new members. Residents interested in open space, natural resources, and environmental review work are encouraged to apply through the town.

Looking ahead to next week's public meeting calendar: the Wastewater Study Committee, Select Board, and Southborough School Committee all meet Monday, June 29, and the Recreation Commission convenes Tuesday, June 30.
