The board unanimously approved two town warrants totaling $772,863.10 and three inter-fund transfers — including $70,000 shifted from group health insurance into the legal services line to cover fiscal year overruns, and $10,000 from the water reserve fund to cover an emergency winter water repair. Jane DiVoglio was authorized as the new town clerk, succeeding retiring Ellen Shan, with a board member citing her prior experience as town clerk in Millbury.
