Conservation Commission Opens Recruitment Drive for New Board Members
SOUTHBOROUGH — Three civic notices appeared on the town's homepage heading into the weekend, with the Conservation Commission calling for new volunteers, the latest edition of the town's community newsletter going live, and an Annual Flag Retirement Ceremony posted — all while a packed run of public meetings looms next week.
TOWN HALL
The town's official website listed three new community alerts Friday. The Conservation Commission posted an open call for residents interested in joining the board, signaling a recruitment push for the land-use panel. "Word on Common Street — Volume 42," the town's periodic newsletter covering municipal news and updates, was also published. A notice for an Annual Flag Retirement Ceremony rounded out the postings; full details are available at southboroughma.gov.
