Southborough Lines Up Four Public Meetings as Pine Hill Road Work Nears

A slow news day in Southborough, with no town hall announcements and no school or community dispatches in the past 24 hours — but residents should note a cluster of public meetings and a road construction project landing early next week.

TOWN HALL

The town homepage flagged two items residents will want on their radar heading into next week. Pine Hill Road is scheduled to see construction activity beginning June 29; no further details about scope or duration were posted as of press time. Separately, the Conservation Commission is actively recruiting new members and has posted an open call for interested residents to apply.

COMING UP

Several public meetings are scheduled in the days ahead. The Open Space Preservation Commission meets Friday, June 26. Then on Monday, June 29, three bodies convene: the Wastewater Study Committee, the Select Board, and the Southborough School Committee — a full evening at Town Hall. The Recreation Commission meets Tuesday, June 30.
